Organizations can find it difficult to pay many irregular suppliers. Ozmis gives them a cleaner path by invoicing as the master vendor for the intended supplier, reducing setup work and long back-and-forth.
The buyer creates an order and PO to Ozmis for the approved amount. The seller may invoice Ozmis up to that amount, and Ozmis then bills the buyer for the seller. When the buyer pays Ozmis, the seller receives funds within 3 business days.
Ozmis works with leading eProcurement systems through a punchout flow. Employees keep using existing approvals while tail spend is routed through Ozmis, so codes, standards, and controls remain in place.

Companies set the terms for each engagement. Ozmis is authorized as a third-party beneficiary of the buyer-seller agreement so payment can be completed through Ozmis.
Commission can vary, though it is usually around 3%. The fee is shown before the order is accepted.
Selling to enterprises often requires setup, tax, finance, and legal work. Ozmis reduces that friction so sellers can deliver goods or services faster, while buyers get a simpler process.
Ozmis bills the buyer with the taxes required in the relevant jurisdiction, while the seller bills Ozmis with the taxes required for that jurisdiction.
Ozmis is well suited to those policies. The PO is issued to Ozmis for high-volume or irregular spend, while individual vendor activity stays organized behind the scenes. Every purchase needs PO authorization before invoicing.
Yes. Ozmis can be configured for large, complex organizations with operations across many regions.
Late payment is often caused by incorrect vendor setup or missing or miscategorized details on forms and invoices. Ozmis reduces those issues by allowing buyers to configure invoicing workflows, helping payments move on time with fewer errors. Unless financing applies, Ozmis pays sellers after buyer funds are received.
